We are currently looking for a Sous Chef to work alongside our Head Chef in our 18th century Inn, situated in beautiful area of Rutland. Our establishment has recently under gone a large scale hotel renovation.
We are a family run business that’s been operating for 30 years, and we are looking for someone to put their mark on our already successful business.
What we offer
37-40K per annum paid weekly plus great tips
Financial wellbeing support (moving cost etc…) paid back through salary.
Help with finding accommodation / Live in accommodation on offer if available

What we are looking for in our Sous Chef
A creative individual who is used to working in a busy kitchen
An individual who wanting to work alongside our Head Chef to progress the company further
At least a year’s experience as a Sous Chef
High standards of hygiene (food safety / health & safety / COSHH laws)
Able to create a positive kitchen environment.
