Requirements
As Sous Chef, you’ll:
• Work under the Head Chef within a professional kitchen
• Be able to support work across all sections as required
• Liaise closely with the Head Chef and provide a link to the
other chefs in the brigade, ensuring everyone is working to an
exceptional standard at all times
• Bring your A-game with creativity and passion
