We are a small, but very sociable and efficient team of grafters, each coming from a different background and area of expertise within the hospitality sector. Our strongest bond is commitment to support our clients’ continued business growth and success.     People buy from people and so we tend to minimize the use of AI for our pre-screening and pre-selection. We do not overlook the human element as part of our interaction with each candidate, ensuring they get a smooth candidate experience from interviewing to onboarding. When discussing a role with a candidate, we focus on evaluating them as a cultural fit and try to understand their work ethic, personality and level of experience in line with the specifics of the role and the hiring company.

MSc Accounting and Finance, BA(Hons) Int. Economics and Trade. Has gained extensive knowledge of the hospitality recruitment while working for one of the biggest recruitment agencies within the UK.  Knows the tips and tricks of the hospitality staffing, which enables him to communicate effectively and to provide quick response to your recruitment needs.

Compliance Officer

MSc Human Resources, BA(Hons) Economics & Trade. Has previously set up and successfully managed a beauty bar, thanks to her meticulous approach and willingness to exceed customers’ expectations. Now joined Chefs & Curry to help with data and information compliance in line with the UK legislation.

Resourcer

Having completed a beautician course right after A-levels, has worked in variety of beauty salons, growing a strong clientbase due to her wealth of qualities including great customer service, people skills and attention to detail. Currently supporting Chefs & Curry at the resourcing hub.

Resourcer

Freshly graduated from college with a Mechanical Engineering degree, has discovered his passion for people and took on the challenge to join our resourcing hub. Has gradually developed industry specific knowledge and possesses the commercial flair to get the top talent across the regions we support.
