Create a plan

When it comes to recruitment, we like doing things old-school. That's why we think that writing down a specific job description with the duties, responsibilities and benefits of the role is a vital element. So is the reviewing of CVs (no AI being used), shortlisting the right candidates [through calling them individually] and scheduling interviews.

Start the search

Everyone in our team is detail-oriented and relies on people knowledge, market expertise and genuine commitment to get you an excellent match. We offer much more than sending you a bunch of CVs by using an AI software for the prescreening bit. We are problem-solvers with a main focus to develop your business growth and maximise team strength through the role you need to fill.  

Finding the top talent

Strong candidates always have a few backup options. This is why we put extra emphasis on our communication with every individual making sure candidates understand how their work fits in with your business goals. Depending on your specific hiring requirements, finding a good match may take anywhere from 2 weeks up to 6 months.  

Interviews

Once we've gone through both telephone and f2f/online interviews to give us an idea of each candidate strengths and development opportunities, we will be ready to share their work profile with you and move on with interview arrangements.
